Being a "connected" instructor means staying in touch and learning from other teachers, experts, and educational resources to improve our teaching. It's like building a network of friends who share teaching ideas and experiences. By staying connected, we can adapt to new teaching trends, find helpful materials, and collaborate with others in education, making us a better teacher.

Should teachers have a PLN? Yes, definitely! Think of it like teachers joining an online club where we can learn from others, share ideas, and improve their teaching skills. In a PLN, we can share ideas, get help, and stay updated on new ways to teach. It's like having a group of teacher friends who support us in our work. Students, in my opinion, can also have a PLN, but it's a bit different. For them, it can be like a study group or finding people who love what they're learning. It helps them do better in school and learn about things they're interested in. So, both teachers and students can benefit from having their own PLN.

I really enjoy your blog about PLNs. It helps us understand why both teachers and students should have one. When more people write about how important PLNs are, it creates a larger group of advocates for them. It's something essential for personal growth and benefits everyone in your PLN.
