Benefits for Teachers and Students

Teachers are often influenced to use technology in the classroom because it helps them work more efficiently, learn new teaching methods, and personalize lessons for students. They may also get training and support to use technology effectively. On the other hand, students are motivated to use technology because it's familiar to them, makes learning fun, and allows them to learn at their own pace. They can access lots of information on the internet and work together with classmates. Plus, they know that digital skills are important for the future. So, teachers and students have their own reasons to use technology in education, making learning more engaging and effective.

In the future, I think there will be even more huge differences between myself and my future students in terms of technology use. As an educator, I will need to adjust to meet their changing needs and expectations because it is possible that they will be looking for even more personalized, flexible, and technology-driven learning experiences. The field of education is changing as a result of a move toward digital-native learning, which encourages innovation, cooperation, and critical thinking in both students and teachers.
