Creating concepts and categories is a way that our brain naturally organizes things that we see in the world around us. This helps us to make sense of what we see and understand it better. For example, we might group different kinds of animals based on whether they have fur or feathers, or whether they live in water or on land. Another example is imagine that you have a bunch of toys in your room - some are cars, some are dolls, and some are blocks. You might naturally put all the cars in one pile, all the dolls in another, and all the blocks in a third pile. By doing this, you've created categories - groups of similar things that belong together.
This process of creating categories and concepts is important for learning because it helps us to remember things better and to understand new information more easily. By grouping things together in categories, we can quickly recognize patterns and similarities, and this helps us to predict what might happen next or to solve problems.
To make the concepts and categories discussed in the reading stick in my memory, I would use a combination of strategies. First, I would break the material down into smaller, more manageable chunks to make it easier to process. I would then actively engage with the material by asking questions, making connections to my own experiences, and trying to explain the concepts and categories in my own words. I would also use repetition and practice to reinforce my understanding, and I would periodically review the material to keep it fresh in my memory. Finally, I would try to make the material relevant and meaningful to me by connecting it to my own interests and goals.

Hey Cherry, I really Like the way that you describe the meaning of concepts and categories. It is easy to understand and the way that you shared how we can keep this to be last long in our memmory, it is great. Thank you for sharing :)
I like your simple explanation about creating concepts and categories. Through making small concepts and sorting in each category, we can understand more and find similarities. I agree with your opinion about how to stick this idea in my memory. Creating concepts and categories helps us to organize our memories and makes us more understanding.
